Greg Takahashi

Greg is a founder of GTSC and is one of the top consultants in HP Service Manager/ServiceCenter and Connect-It. After a number of successful customer engagements while working for Peregrine Systems and Hewlett-Packard as a technical architect, he launched GTSC in August 2007 to provide the customers with his best knowledge of the HP products and system design and architecture.
Prior to his business establishment, Greg has worked for Peregrine Systems
(acquired by Hewlett-Packard). He joined the company in
January 2001 as a technical support engineer and held various senior
positions in Service Management, Knowledge Management, and web
technologies. In 2004 he started working as a field support engineer
in the support solution team for high profile and critical
customers. In 2005, he started reporting to the professional
services organization as a senior consultant for Service Management
and web technology. His responsibilities included Service Management
and web technology best practices, system integrations,
system/architecture design, technical project planning, and
implementation.
In
2007, he moved to
a lead technical architect role for a high profile worldwide project in the HP
consulting organization, HP IT Service Management Best Practice
team. He also has received multiple outstanding consultant
awards in fiscal year 2005 and 2006 and has been known to provide best
customer satisfactions to his
customers.
Before joining HP/Peregrine, Greg worked for an online banking portal software
vendor as a solution support engineer . He also held project
engineer and simulation engineer positions in the past.
Greg
graduated from Mississippi State University with a M.S. degree in
industrial engineering with concentrations on operations research
and completed all the course work required for master of science
program in Statistics. He also holds a B.S. degree in
mathematics with president scholarship honor.

Sam is
a seasoned consultant in HP Service Manager/ServiceCenter and
Connect-It and is taking roles of technical lead and solutions
consultant at GTSC.
Prior to
his arrival to GTSC, Sam worked for Peregrine Systems (acquired
by Hewlett-Packard). He joined the company in December 2000 as
a technical support engineer. After a number of years in
ServiceCenter support, he transitioned himself to the Connect-It support in
2004 and became one of the high profile technical support
engineers with AssetCenter, ServiceCenter and Connect-It. He has
supported hundreds of internal and external customers in his tenure as
a senior engineer. He is a well-known engineer to provide complete
solutions to his customers.
His focus in Connect-It is
valuable for GTSC that often implements integrations between HP
products and others. Before joining HP/Peregrine Systems, Sam worked
for a web portal service company as a technical consultant. He also
held a number of technical and system administration positions with
Intel and San Diego State University.
Sam
received his bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from San Diego
State University and also attended a
master's program in mathematics. His dream is to pursue
a Ph.D program in mathematics.
